Your phone shows HTML files. Summoner lets you use them.
Messages and Files show a static page. Tap a button and nothing happens. In Summoner, the buttons and animations work.
Mini-apps, prototypes and rich docs you can tap and use.
Markdown, with HTML inside it working inline.
Plain text on a clean, readable page.
Summoner keeps to itself.
There's no server, no upload and no account. The app sends nothing of its own.
The fine print.
Does it need the internet?
Summoner doesn't. A file that loads libraries from the web needs a connection to fetch them.
Why is my file missing images?
Summoner opens one file. Images that sat beside it on your computer don't come along, so put them inside the file.
Can I edit a file and save it?
No. You can use a file while it's open, but Summoner doesn't write changes back to it.
